In September, Diario Extra reported on Cositas Bonitas arriving in Costa Rica: absurd humor, social criticism, and tenderness around evolution, culture, and contradiction.
Guzmán’s Houston date falls on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at Houston Improv, with tickets priced at $49.94. He started at Caracas open mics in 2008 after training and working as a dentist.
His 2025 YouTube special CANDELA covers self-love, boundaries, prejudice, childhood memories, and pets. The earlier No Quiero Show ran for two years and 380 performances.
He also reported for Chataing TV, appeared on Comedy Central’s Stand Up Sin Fronteras, and turned a 2019 Texas detention into La Cárcel No Da Risa, the Spotify documentary-comedy podcast that won the 2024 Ondas del Podcast award for Best Narrative.
